For more than 35 years MRCC has organized to preserve family farms and independent family farm livestock production, prevent environmental degradation, promote stewardship of the land and a safe, affordable high- quality food supply, create affordable and accessible healthcare systems and defend justice and economic opportunity for both rural and urban communities.
Missouri’s elected representatives and state agencies should make protecting the waters of our state a priority. Missourians depend on clean water for drinking and to support farmers, livestock, food production, local economies, and our tourism and recreation industries.
